Student Leadership
Duty Always, our celebrated motto for well over a century, underpinned by our values for Pride, Respect and Responsibility, cultivate our environment where leadership skills and capabilities are desired, and celebrated, by our students.
Students are immersed in our culture of leadership, from the opportunity to represent their peers as Year Level Leaders as early as Year 7 through to receiving the honour and privilege to serve as School Captain, in Year 12.
Leadership connections are fostered throughout our year levels, with Year Level Leaders from each year level meeting regularly, as a collective Student Leadership team to collaborate on matters of importance to our student body, and broader school community.
A wide range of opportunities are made available to our student cohort to enhance both their personal leadership, and broader opportunities to lead others. Foundational leadership is developed in our classrooms and these skills are extended through leadership programs, camps and seminars.
